It's SLIME TIME! Here's a first look at a concept slime character:
This little guy has caused me much grief! But some of the basic idea is in - you can move him with WSAD, and jump with space bar.
The physics sucks - I know. I struggled to get this early concept together, but now I can quite easily refine it with time. At least you can see the jelly-ness at work.
The camera sucks - I know! It's the most basic camera follow you can make. It'll get refined.
The level sucks - I know! It's still the sample scene from the asset - which is more of just a showcase of all its features instead of being a complete level. And there's collisions and such missing too. It'll get fixed!
Next up, I'll work on the player controller to experiment with better slime movement.
