This update adds a new class of airship for early defense. This airship will only deal damage to other airships, so is ideal as a cannon fodder unit in skirmishes.
- new airship "kip"
- new build GUI shows which requirements are not met
- new option to disable colonies
- town hall, can be used to spawn kips
- all islands in a selection move at the same rate, if there are more owned ones they all move faster
- fixed airships not firing when too many in game (10x as many fire requests now)
