New tutorial videos and playlist

With the new template finally live, I've begun a new YouTube playlist/tutorial series where i'll demonstrate each major aspect of the template with an aim to show users how to replace my characters and code with their own.

I've started of off with a video on how to replace the default characters with your own, retargetting the animations and equipment to your new character.
