NuCat 1.1 Released!

NuCat 1.1 has been released, the feature-set is slightly slimmed down compared to the original plans, but here's what's new:

• Fixed a bug on macOS where the cursor would permanently disappear.
• Fixed oscillator crackling caused by aliasing, by switching to using PolyBLEP oscillation.
• Fixed voice retrigger crackling by synchronizing oscillators
• Fixed macOS builds not being signed.
• Changed PBR effects to be more toned down.
• Changed the vibrato and chorus modules, by rewriting them from scratch and tuning them.
• Changed the meow-o-meter to be more saturated (Contributed by Red Means Recording)
• Added MIDI Pitchbend support.

• Improved performance.
