Graphics Options added

Good news!

I finally got around to adding some graphics options and memory optimizations! You can now:

• Set the window mode
• Set the resolution (will be adding more resolutions soon)
• Set the graphics quality (Low, Medium, High, or Ultra)

This is the first update aimed at improving the runtime performance of MEDO, I hope it allows more people to enjoy the game and if you still have any issues please let me know!
