Version 1.0.0 released

Version 1.0.0 is finally released!

I think that Procedural Text Edit is in a very good shape now, and it's time to finally go 1.0.0

Changes:

• Improved error output especially in GUI
• Redo of the console version (pte) (now interpreting arguments as program and input as input)
