Version 3 Uploaded

I uploaded version 3 this evening. There are only minor changes in the new version, specifically the following things were altered:

1. Spacing between some text and tables were altered to align with format throughout game book.
2. Some table headings were repositioned to align with format throughout game book.
3. Some artifacts from early versions of the game were removed from the Consumables section. The effected Consumables are Dice Stabilizer, Advantage Potion, and Disadvantage Pellet. Their descriptions have been updated to remove conflicting mechanical information.
