Added remaining images

When the deadline passed, our artists were still working on some graphics that couldn’t be integrated into the game in time. We decided to wait until our game has been tested and evaluated in its current visual state and then add the graphics as part of a nice-to-have update.

Changes:

• other Main Menu background
• custom slider graphics
• images of laughing dojo masters have been added
• character names have different colors now
