Updated for Origin and Tempest changes

I've updated the map edit to include the major map changes to Origin and Tempest Island.
Maps that saw very minor changes:
Clahstra, Callums, Drowned Vale, Endless, Heartlands, and Sableport.

All maps no longer have RSC ranges as the ranges have changed since I initially made them and updating them is somewhat involved for my edit process. I left the intel disable range and made it slightly more visible.
