A; No, V1-1.30 was a truly massive update (many many bug fixes and changes) but no. it is not and will not be the last major update, just the biggest for a while.
Q; Is RALT going to be free?
A; yes the first 24H of it being on itch.
Q; are you going to update ratbt2?
A; soon i plan to with V4.75
