Road Rage 1.2 - Linux Support!

Hey guys, it's been a while. I've got a great update for you today, as the game now supports Linux! I've also made some very cool additions to the game that I think are really cool.

Changes / Additions

• Linux Support! Road Rage now supports Debian, Ubuntu, and Kali Linux! This version has only been tested once on one Distribution of Debian, so if you run into any problems, just leave a comment or send me an email.
• Level Intro Screens have a cool new addition, the screen will show a demonstration of what the goal of that particular level is (or is not, if you see Angry Drivers, don't try to intentionally make them angry.).
• Minor Graphical Changes
