Update 00.14

Update v00.14 changes:

• Background aesthetic change (also helps to line up jumps)
• Added respawn screen with timer.
  • Quitting back to menu is instant during this timer.
• New UI change to prompt the user to hold exit when in the middle of an attempt.
• Mobile controls added (note that you cannot currently input a name on mobile)
• New notification feature on main menu for announcements.
