MoneyMiner 1405 Update
-Speed upgrades! There is now an itemID associated with upgrades that specifies the multiplier should apply to the related miner's speed, instead of it's salary (down to a point - if speed is set to faster than 200mS, it's normalized to 200mS, which changes the salary).
-New Upgrade List! I've changed multipliers, added upgrades, and added speed upgrades for all miners, leading to a different play-feel. The slowdown after 'Tax Adjustment' is now eliminated.
-Prestige button now calculates it's notify event based on the prestige boost percentage at a multiplier of 2%(default), so it will notify you when the boost you'll receive after prestige is 200% of your current boost. Also, if it notifies you and you click it and opt not to prestige, it will wait until the bonus would be an additional 100%, so 200% the first time, then 300%, then 400%, and so on. This hopefully will eliminate annoying flashing of the button until it's useful to click.
-Various bugfixes and logical corrections as well - nothing major.
