Brief post-jam fixes

There weren't many bug fixes, but I did add a few names. You can only do so much. Given the way the Coupon Problem works, and how it's weighted, some names will appear more than others, and you'll miss out on that many more, in all likelihood. I stuffed the "best" names at the end.

But I got some small other things in, because I realized I was way below the word limit.

* a reaction to your seeding

* fixing how towns are shuffled at the beginning, so you don't get them fully randomly but can page through them

* mentioning how old you are, so the player has a clue this is not indefinite

This took longer than I should've because I used <<$x = THIS>> instead of <<set $x = THIS>>. I did some development January 7th but this caused a delay, and I didn't want to burn myself out finding it. Three weeks later, bam. It wasn't terribly high-priority.

I guess I don't have a full intuitive grasp of twine, yet.
