-rebalanced player movement + added a tiny iframe on player dash
-extended parry hitstop a bit
-made red bullets slower and bigger to be parried easier
-made 4th boss move a bit slower and shoots a bit slower and gives less mini turrets on the area
-given railgun some love (gave it an auto reload after 20sec) with auto notifier if its loaded
-optimized boss shooting prediction and giving it more spread on player
Bugfixes:
-Fixed railgun hitscan doesn't work as intended
-Fixed some projectiles blocking railgun
