We eventually did it. The game is submitted for Boss Rush 2024.
It still need some tweaking but at least (at last!) it is playable and, I think, fun enough to entertain a player for five or ten minutes. Objective accomplished.
In the coming days, Gyo' and I are going to make the game a little more beautiful. For the moment, the visuals are... how can I describe them... rough around the edges ?
Monday, the game must be finished. It's the deadline. We submitted early to avoid the « submission rush ». If we don't find the time to include the beautiful pixel art we prepared, at least the game is submitted for the jam. On time.
We hope to finish the visuals and polish the last little edges Sunday evening. Around midnight (Brussels), the very last version of the game will be pushed on itch.io
If you can't wait to play... go ! Otherwise, I suggest you wait until the submissions are closed before playing it. Don't hesitate to follow us ! We plan to develop more ambitious games in the future.
