(MINOR UPDATE) v0.377: Bug fixes, fighter balance fixes, more Tech Break opportunities

v0.377 fixes some graphical issues with game elements using palette swapping (most noticeable with fighters that use standard RF Slaves) while the "bilinear filtering" graphic setting is turned on. It also adds a buff to the R-9Leo and fixes a damage calculation error with the Raiden mk-II Beta. For players of the new Path Mode scoring system, more Tech Break opportunities have been added in some stages.
