Hand moved to a (more boring for now) different layout for readability
Fixed shop giving the player 9k gold
Fixed booster pack descriptions being cut off
Remove Card shop option should no longer underlap the deck view button
Fixed shop prices rendering incorrectly (All showed at 75)
Some card icon positions adjusted
First map option is now always a combat
