Adds a loading screen for populating the wilderness areas initially.
Adds a background sound (Kenney's Retro Mystic).
Adds a slider to the debug menu to reduce/increase the draw distance for plants/rocks.
More work on the agreement/quest UI (tab to open).
NPC's can remember they have talked to you now and change their initial dialog.
