V1.4 Reborn update

Major update that contains a full rewrite to Godot 4.x version. As this was never really tried out in the field since Parsec has no arcade feature anymore, I expect some bugs…

Notable major changes:

• NEW MAP: Nightclub - eliminate your opponents with flashy lights.. MURDER ON THE DANCEFLOOR
• Doubled resolution: instead of 680x384 with doubled scaling, the game is now 1360x768 without scaling, meaning everything should less pixelated

Notable (minor) changes:

• Redesigned Industrial map (formerly Industrial)
• Redesigned Hell map
• TONS of new graphics
