A bug fix and the addition of the pause menu

• The credits now correctly send you back to the menu when they are finished
  
• Fixed the game not launching again when trying to play just after finishing it
• Fixed remaining lives count not resetting when replaying the game
• Added pause menu
• Added an animation for displaying the number of lives left
