-Added an attack sprite for Keith
-Added a damage sprite for Keith
-Added sfx for Keith attacks and dodge hits
-Added a battle start banner
-Added extra animations for certain attacks
-Changed enemy sprites when you choose the correct attack and when you win

-Hide UI when not on the action phase
