After playing a bunch of Mythdragon, I came to the conclusion that there was no good way to deal with large groups of skulls. Now, if you hold your arrow long enough, it will change from bouncy to piercing. This feels much better to me. Also:
* Made bouncy arrows a bit more piercing
* Removed frame skip in favor of slowdown. Game is too hard otherwise
