Visual + onboarding improvements, balance changes

• adds damage indicators for each damage source
• increases plasma damage scaling
• increases drone damage scaling, reduces drone move speed
• doubles loot sale value
• updates debrief UI with list of collected loot, and transfers loot from kit to inventory
• adds "AI Module", "Kit Injector" and "Thermocouple" items as early gig rewards, gradually unlocking related mechanics
• adds a "training server" to help with onboarding
• adds a per-server detection delay, and a warning popup
• reduces initial memory cap, adds new memory cap upgrades maxing out around 1M
  
• reduces fan-out of demux tech tree
