Bug fixes:
- R key notifier over soldier will only spawn above one in the selected group
- if horde rush activated then play dead soldiers will not die on impact to dead zombie
Changes:
- Game will read current users screen resolution on initial load to resize accordingly, otherwise will revert to saved settings
- Zombies will now run slightly faster when horde rush is active, this also has it's own running animation
- Zombies will actively attack with animation when reaching target soldier
- HUD animations will now pause when game is paused
- Health icon will now flash when under 50%
