Hello sorry it's been a while again, time just moves so fast... Like honestly I didn't even realize it's been 7 months since the last update and that is my fault for losing track of time. I wanted to get this update out during December last year actually, but unfortunately my father passed during the holidays, so things were even more hectic than usual. As I've said before I might have put this project on the back burner because of focusing more on art and commissions, but I won't give up on it! Looking back at past devlogs I did apologize a lot for the infrequency of the updates, I guess some things never change lol, I'll try to stop acknowledging that in the future. Just to be clear I am one person working on this entire thing by myself, I have had some help and advice in areas I could not figure out, but otherwise it's just me, so please be patient with this ol' guy.

The writing process definitely took me the longest, a big part of that is because I felt like day 3 was the clunkiest day out of all of them, it doesn't really flow into each next scene very well, and the main trio of characters (Tyler, Lars, and Rorik) have a very hard dynamic to write for, in the original script it was already hard to write their interactions with each other, it was even harder the second time around when I wanted their interactions to be more substantial and give off more personality. Another thing I wanted to change with this day was the CG and the ending, originally you would go back into your room and pass out, this felt like too negative of a thing to focus on during a slice of life game. The new scenes at the end should help make the general vibe of the day feel happier and make the ending less abrupt.

I've seen a lot of opinions about the new content of the previous update and I'd like to say thank you for all of the inputs you all gave, it really helps a lot to know what you all think about the changes and I'm glad they were received mostly positively! A big point of contention was Lars' new personality, and I guess I never really explained that on the last devlog lol, but yes he definitely had the most drastic shift in terms of personality, I've always struggled on where to take him in terms of personality, before most of his dialogue could be said by anybody and we already had 2 nerds in the cast I felt as though a "science nerd" would have been better suited for other characters who are smart and so I leaned into the very flirty and fruity and gave him one of the most flamboyant personalities in game. If you didn't like him in day 2 you sure as hell wont like him more in day 3 I'll tell you that much lol.

If you recall from the last devlog I asked about people helping with translations, I've decided against making versions for other languages for now, because of the infrequency of the updates, I think I'd be too unreliable to work with when it comes to that.
Oh and in terms of installing, don't worry I did a lot of future proofing in Days 1 and 2 so if you update your save data should carry over!

Bugs:
Android build was made using an old laptop, so it might be buggy, if anyone knows anything about Renpy and installing java SDK please message me on twitter!
