Postjam update!

Simple update to smooth out some rough edges. There's no extra gameplay content, just some polish I wanted in the game before I could move on.

Changes:

• Controller support! Now it's actually a twin stick shooter. I find it way harder to use but people apparently wanted it or something whatever here it is
• Dialogue skipping! Shut M.A.S. up and get to the action by pressing TAB or Select.
• Saves! Your progress, scores and times now save to the game directory. Your settings will save as well!
• Visuals tuner! Choose how much CRT-ness you want the game to have, if the default gives you the sick.
• Shaking tamped down! The screen shake will no longer go too nuts when being hit repeatedly. Still a little nuts though.
• General tweaks! Some minor improvements to enemy pathing and a few gameplay modifications to the final level so it doesn't drag on too long.
