Update 1.0.2 Include lottery QOL

This update is focused on lottery gameplay, lottery felt like unrewarding, even though getting an expected return of more than 100% was easy. There are now more outcomes from the lottery, so you don't lose all your money almost half of the time, but you should still expect to lose money if your upgrades are quite low.

• Included a new lottery upgrade, jackpot chance
  • Jackpot chance increase the probability that a lottery will return a jackpot (Maximum payout, the one you buy upgrades for)
  • Each upgrade takes chance from the smallest return outcome in the lottery (i.e. first it takes probability from losing all your money, then for only gaining 10% back and so on)
  • This new upgrade is really costly, so don't expect to get it to 100% and break the game
• Increased the number of lottery outcomes
• Increased chance of a jackpot
• Jackpot initial amount is now lower
• Chance of losing all your money is now MUCH lower
• It's now way easier to acquire an expected positive payback
