#Playtest patch
This update contains a swath of combat-related changes and also builds upon the roleplaying system introduced in v0.9.
The Rules Reference sheets have also gotten a slight style update.
For Combat you get:
* Nuance class transformed into Steeldancer. This change keeps the core essence of "use melee weapons at range", while adding a supportive skillset.
* 2nd/3rd rank options for: Captain, Steeldancer, Trickshot, Fort, Ballista.
* Higher base movement distance & better Sidestep.
* More Conditions, now grouped by type.
* Flavortext for classes, so it's easier for you to choose what character to make.
* A new hostile faction: Harshrains. The captives and servants of the Drowned Jailor, a shrimp demigod.
For Roleplaying you get:
* Traits that represent your hero's age.
* Example of making a skill check in Chapter VI.
* "Apocalypse World"-inspired Clocks to make tracking narrative progress easier.
In addition, the Clocks are used during downtime activities, such as learning a new skill or trying to commence a magical ritual.
What am I working on right now?
* Setting primer.
* More higher-rank options for heroic units.
* An inventory system - armor, shields, consumable items, etc.
* More balance changes based on playtest sessions.
* Another hostile faction (this time vampire-themed).
