0.07c Hotfix

Hello everybody.

I managed to fix the Xbox controller bug, which should hopefully allow people who have been getting stuck in the Hangar to try it out. It was a tough bug to crack, since I didn't have a controller but thankfully a buddy very generously gave up their time to test about 5 or 6 different builds while I desperately threw things at the wall to see what stuck.

Let me know if it's still broken!

• Fixed issue with Xbox One controller input in Options and Hangar
• Fixed issue with HUD sounds not being affected by sound settings
