Conflict: Sol v0.8.4 is now available!

Conflict: Sol pre-release version 0.8.4 is now available!

This version contains the following bug fixes, new features, and changes from v0.8.3:

• The briefing maps for Terran, Martian, and Saturnian Level 2 have been populated.
• Darkened the background images of the Mission Briefing graphics.
• Removed all brackets from previous paragraphs in the Mission Briefing.
• Updated the music for the Sol and Asteroid/Nebula levels.
