Just a small update this time

NEW FEATURES:
- New upgrade: "Rich Beginnings" gain resources at the start of each run.
- New upgrade: "Forceful Impact" Increase knockback strength.
- Only one campfire may be built at this time. This is to pave the way for the major changes coming.
- Added link buttons to title screen.
- Added mute music button to title screen.
- Added screen shake (Still messing with the intensity of the shakes.)
BUG FIXES:  
- Fixed opening and closing menus.
- Menu buttons are now disabled if another window is open on top of them.
- Weapons now reset upon death.
