Hello,
Launched in 2021 Unity Optimizer has been quite successful and I thank all users of the free and paid versions for their support.
I plan to resume development of Unity Optimizer and release a new version.
First of all, I imagine rewriting a large part of the application to make it cross-platform (Windows, MacOs, Linux).
Then I'd imagine allowing you to apply the suggested optimizations in just a few clicks (after offering to make a backup of your Unity project, just in case).
Optimizations could be applied :
- one by one, leaving total control to the user
- by category (all optimizations in the same category are applied at once)
- in their entirety (with a click, all the optimizations proposed by Unity Optimizer would be applied at once).
What do you think of these feature ideas?
Do you have any particular feature requirements? Any ideas or tips on how to make this application even better?
