Plugin compatibility with GBCCoffee_SynthesizeEquipment.

Changed the following meta tags to accommodate for the compatibility:

 * '<fortifyChanceAmulet>' to  '<chanceAmulet>'

 * '<fortifyDivineAmulet>' to '<divineAmulet>'
