LIFTLANDS patch #1

• I added a well so you can generate more water
• decreased the usage of logs on buildings 
• Fixed a bunch of bugs,
  • Walls no longer get immortal
  • Builders can prioritize and won't stop if they lack resources. 
  • archers work as intended
