Minor Bug Fixes

• "Slash" is missing from the font, it has been replaced with a dash.
• The camera will now remain in position after panning.
• CTRL key setup for users that don't have a middle-mouse button to pan the camera.
• Spelling and Grammar fixes on the "How To" page. (Probably still more)
• Reduced load time

Minor Features

• Hitting "Enter" to end turn
• Hitting "Space" to toggle cards
• Hitting 1 - 5 keys to play cards.
• Added Control Key Instruction to Game Scene
