two years wow!!

Hi, I cleaned up some stuff and made a few changes for the hell of it:

• The spell "Fortify" has now been changed to "Enhance", to act more like the opposite of "Diminish".
• Enemies now have their "to-hit DC" as "Dodge Value", don't know why I didn't have that consistent.
• Added another page of enemies.
