I made some gameplay and usability improvements. Concerning gameplay, I increased the differences between shield and hull damage. With respect to usability, I added a "leave game" button to the spawn screen and a "fullscreen" button to the first start dialogue. With regards to technology, I decided to go back to building the game with the original Blitz3d compiler instead of Blitz3d-NG—I was too annoyed by some bugs.
