teeny tiny update #2

fixed problems with the ini file saving the fullscreen value as the volume value making the volume either 0 if not starting in fullscreen or 1 when starting in fullscreen

added tooltips for keyboard and controller when the game starts

fixed problems with the player colliding with explosions

removed the hello message after entering username
