Last week I participated in NSFWMiniJam! The theme of the jam was “forbidden”, so I made a game about censoring a live TV broadcast.
Use your mouse to draw, move, and delete censor bars anywhere on the screen. Cover up all the inappropriate content – but don’t annoy your audience by hiding the stuff they want to see. Use the “Analyze” button to check: red content is banned, green content is high-value. Yellow content is both!
The gameplay is pretty challenging, but there’s a lot of checkpoints and you can turn on no-fail mode if you don’t want to worry about screwing up. The mission is about 15 minutes long, and ends with full nudity but no depiction of sex… for now.
I’d like to keep working on this game, although I don’t know how much free time I’ll have. If I do make any updates they’ll have to wait until the end of the jam judging period.
