Quick and dirty complete rulebook and a few other things

I've compiled the four booklets into a single document for easy consulting.

In addition, I updated the Goblin Cave, character sheets and pre-made characters.

We have been using a diagram that my players called "the pokéball" to simulate the battlefield, I've uploaded the new design.
