1.4.2 - Tiny changes

• Now you have a single parameter to set Map Id, X and Y position.
• Some code cleanup and performance improvement.
• Updated help file.

I also reduced the version number of the plugin. I while ago I jumped all my plugin versions to 5.0.0 to let the people know I had changed the terms of use. But looking at this mess now, I really don't know why the Eliaquim from the past thought that it was a great idea haha ^^''
