Version 1.2 Release

Release 1.2 Notes:

1. Add option to auto map body part images to skeleton in spine (very basic)
2. Add shoulders and hips to skeleton
3. Fix parent bones accidently scaling child bones
4. Better angle animation handling

Importing into spine:

Required image names in folder for full body map:

 (if any are missing they just will be skipped)
