Balance Changes
* Made condoms buff an adjacent instrument, to give you a reason to put it *on* the penis. This also better differentiates them from ordinary shields.
* Buffed Naturist's Cock Ring and Bareback Cock Ring to +12 instead of +10, compensate for their large downsides.
* Buffed Fox Penis to last for 8 uses instead of 6, to compensate for its bulk in your inventory.
* Increased max uses of Lube to 10, but limited to once per turn, to incentivize you to keep using it over time instead of just slathering it all on at once.
* Limited Blue Pills to once per turn to avoid an overpowered combo with 0-energy limited-use items (particularly Cum Jar and Shiv). Besides, you wouldn't want to exceed the recommended dosage, would you?
