- EMP now shoots anywhere, but can only target small CORES.
- BIG EMP now shoots anywhere, requires more POWER and can target any CORE.
- BATTERY now generates 5 POWER instead of 10.
- BIG BATTERY now generates 15 POWER instead of 30.
- Lowered the POWER cost of all heavy WEAPONS.
- Fixed a number of bugs.
