v0.4.0 - Animated Parallaxes and improved image file chooser.

Hi! It's been a while, belated happy new year!

I've managed to add scrolling overlays (parallaxes) feature so you can make interesting effect for your title screen.

Ideas on top of my head are:

• Fog
• Rain
• Snow

Let me know if you have another use for it!
