• add alternate node placement mode (press and hold the grab button)
• add alternate keys for map (M), and grab (space)

A little release to address feedback on the controls. Press and hold the grab button for 1 sec to enter node mode. Tapping the grab button places a node, and holding it toggles the mode back off. I've had a few comments that people have trouble remembering which button places nodes early in the game. Since it uses the grabber arms, it maybe makes some sense to put the functionality into a single button.
