Final Devlog (for now..?)

The final version of Space Escape is finally done! We are so glad to show this game to you, and it has gone through some recent major changes. 

The game now has checkpoints, a whole new map redesign, more oxygen points, sprint button, ability to look down and cool new colours. We are both super proud of this project, and appreciate everything we learnt.

It had many ups and downs. This game was originally supposed to be a tower climber stealth game, and turned into a space explorer. We have had GitHub issues, code issues, lighting issues, model issues, so much more. But with all these issues became solutions which is knowledge we can use for other games.

We have so many ideas on what the future of this game will be, with increased scale, notes to be collected and even more detailed planets. This will be the last update for a little while though, and the first fully functioning version of the game.
