Early Access Update V1.02

Hey Everyone!
Just letting you know Annihilator got and update.
I broke the game last week, but also think the engine "restructured" itself (GBStudio). It might have fixed the weird engine related bugs, but I had to redo some of the programming to get the game to work. That's the main focus of this release, to see if it will crash and the dialogue thing. Some issues my be emulator related, I don't have enough data yet. I hope the next update will include the "sewer" level (seriously).

Fixes:

• Hud change on Medkit pickup.
• Medkit no longer respawns
• Some spelling.
