Added a few new options when you level up!
-- Added Damaging Shield (damages nearby enemies, stacks to increase damage by shield)
-- Bullet Bounce (Normal attacks now bounce to a nearby enemy! Can stack to add more bounces!)
-- Increased Movement Speed (Picking this increases your movement speed and is stackable)
-- Added Health pickups to regain 10% of max hp when collected, drops from killing enemies
-- Decreased player base movement speed to increase the difficulty a bit
